Catch the duplicate order before it ships twice.
Duplicate Guard watches your Cin7 Core sales and purchases. When a reference is already on another order, a warning appears before anyone hits save.

Example data.
Sales and purchases, both covered.
Cin7 already stops a repeated supplier invoice number. Duplicate Guard covers the references it doesn't check.

- Simple, advanced and service sales
- Catches "PO 4471" against "PO-4471"

Questions
Does it change anything in Cin7?
No. It only reads. The warning is shown by the Chrome extension and your order saves exactly as it would without it.
What do I need to set it up?
Chrome, the StockRM extension, and a Cin7 Core API key. API keys are free on every Cin7 plan, and we walk you through making one.
Will it catch an order entered a minute ago?
New orders join the index within five minutes. Any saved order someone opens is added straight away.
Cin7 already blocks duplicate supplier invoices. Why do I need this?
Cin7 checks the supplier invoice number. It doesn't check your customer's PO number on a sale, or the memo, comment and attributes on a purchase. That's where Duplicate Guard looks.
Do I need HubSpot?
No. Duplicate Guard works entirely with Cin7 Core.
